Those eligible to vote include:
(a) Each Affiliated Association shall be entitled to one (1) vote.

(b) Each Incorporated Affiliated Club shall be entitled to one (1) vote.

(c) Each Associate Association shall be entitled to one (1) vote.

Note 5 : Appointment of Delegate (Proxy Form)

Please find attached the form to nominate a member from your Association to vote on your Association’s behalf.

In the event that the Delegate of an Affiliated Body is not present then a proxy may represent the Affiliated Body. A proxy must be in writing and must be signed by the Chair of the Board or Secretary for the time being of the Affiliated Body.
