Women's State Academy & Winter Clinic Program | 5-Week Softball Development Opportunity Concludes

What may have started out in June, being 5-Week programs, turned into 5 sessions across nine- or ten-weeks. But, hey, what can you do? Over the months of June & July (with one extra day into August), Softball WA ran aΒ Women's State Winter AcademyΒ andΒ Winter Clinic Program.Β With 25 to 30 participants in each group, it was a success in bringing in kids and young women across various developmental stages to work on the fundamentals and beyond.

Home Run Derby | An MND Fundraiser

Last Tuesday, on the 16th June during Round 8 of the 2026 Slowpitch Softball League, we ran a Home Run Derby alongside Qbit IT Solutions to raise money for Care Cure Support - an MND fundraiser to support those affected with a motor neurone disease and push towards treatments and cures within research.

Our 2026 U14 Boys National Champions!

From March 3rd-8th 2026, at Hawker International Softball Center (ACT), our U14 Boys squad headed to the 2025/26 U14 Boys National Championships for their shot at the National Champion title.

February 2026 - Wrapping Up January, But Not Slowing Down

January has been a huge month for Softball WA, with multiple national championships taking place across the country. From strong performances on the road to exciting tournaments held right here at home, our athletes represented WA with pride, determination, and plenty of memorable moments. As we head into February, there’s still plenty to look forward to.

January 2026 - The New Year! (with a Bang)

Softball WA would like to warmly welcome our entire softball community to the New Year. With an action-packed January ahead, 2026 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for players, officials, volunteers, and supporters across the state.

QBIT WOMEN'S STATE LEAGUE

Qbit Women's State league is back for 2025. We again see the elite women's teams of Bayswater Monarchs, Carine Cats, Fremantle Mariners, Royals and Thornlie Hawks challenging for the title.
